In days gone by, not too far in the past, it was a case of when you see the light at the end of the tunnel...time to build more tunnel.

My co-workers are gathering outside my office door and wondering, not quite to themselves, what the devil I'm laughing about!
I tell them, "It's the Baron's fault!"
