That is one light switch I don't think I want to touch.
As a point of clarification - up is the turned "on" position in the North America sub continent?

Lights on... lights off... lights on... lights off... shew!
It seems the Chinese have a pronounciation problem. A few years ago, European parliamentaries went for a visit to China. They liked what they saw and it seemed that things were moving the right way. But one European wanted to know. So, the last day he asked one of the Chinese officials: "But do you have elections". And with a shy smile the Chinese responded: "Yes, yes, evely molning".
Someone has too much time on their hands!
