I don't see why we don't just put military snipers on ships carrying the American flag. We could produce a lot of hats.
Should it not say ".....lousy hat." or does that imply some ingratitude?

I agree with Dr. John. I asked myself many times why is it that bad guys (individuals and groups) are still able to run around and make troubles. Considering that countries, armies and secret services are in the possession of so many expensive, technical means.
Good Idea what Dr John had, just think what would have happened to that Jerk in Jamaica who tried to Hi-Jack the Canjet flight on Monday.

Peter...it's politics...if there was real will to wipe them out, the taliban and any other extremists...trust me it will take less than a week to do the job. We have the technology to direct a nuclear bomb to a certain room in your appartment...we're just too nice not to do it right now...but with the economic turn down that day may not be too far now. buckle up and hold on to your seats for the fire works haven't began.
Old fart our crews are trained to handle the situations better than anybody else...and they did by having the passengers released so peacefully..no other hi jacking has been able to do this.
