I only have to categories. Stuff I can procrastinate and do later and Stuff I better do before the wife gets mad.

That is me- right here - most of the things in my world go to "do later" category :) and when the later comes - they are postponed again...
For me it is easy. I only make a list of things to do. And I never do them.
I'm going to start making those lists right now.
I like Maxine's method -- I'm going to have to copy it.
