And why do we need a train that goes that fast?
Aww too bad, the vid wont play..
By the way, I am trying to generate some support for our daughter. I entered her into a Smile Contest, so if you could please vote for her (just once), the contest runs until October 31st. Your vote would be so much appreciated. To cast your vote, please go to this link. Please look for Jillian Rylie Cottrill. Thank you very much for your help!
This is awesome...looking forward to travel in this train.
Very interesting!
To answer to quilly's question: In Europe we are far advanced in train travel. Switzerland has a very highly efficient train network and system travelling at ease from one place to an other one. And thanks to highspeed trains like the TGV (also from the Alsthom group) I am travelling from my town on the shores of lake Geneva to the wonderful capital city of France, Paris, in 3 hours 20 minutes, from railway station to railway station in the centres of the cities. By airplane it would take ne 1 hour. From airport to airport. Going to airport, checking in, waiting, flying, getting down, going to town would take much more than 3 hours 20 minutes.
Hi Baron, here I am after another absence, much longer than I wished ;-(
Fast trains are the future!!
Blogtrotter is still travelling in Turkey and looking forward to seeing you there. Enjoy and have a great weekend!
Awesome. Now if we could only get our act together on this side of the Atlantic....
Um, WOW!
