I quite like the idea that people who need medical attention can receive it without being bankrupted in the process. If that's socialism I'm all for it.

Pffffft. The last thing I want is for our government to be in my wallet more than it already is!

Scunnert... sorry dude, just can't agree with that statement. Socialism IS NOT the answer.

Thom, sorry man, if I knew I would have waited for you to post it..a biker friend emailed it to me from Columbus OH and I couldn't resist it.

Scunnert socialism doesn't work, never has and never will...it would be the begining of the end...why not give free housing and food as well while you're at it...

Tommy Douglas must be spinning in his grave. Thank god most Canadians can see the benefit of socialized medicare. However, if we follow your argument Baron then we should have private police forces, fire departments, public schools, water utilities, etc ...

Good one Baron... Thanks for the visit!

I can't remember where I got the seed. I had a mix of seeds first then I figured out that mine liked the winter wheat the best. You look around you will find what you need. It will only take a batch or 2 to figure out the the cat likes.

Here is a great link to start.

1 lbs last a long time. I fiddled around with several seed combos but this $3.45 1 pound bag has been the best. Pretty hardy winter wheat and the cat eats it couple times a day. The bag lasts a long time...

Here is another I have used it worked quite well too. 1 lb $3.99

I called the lady and got a combo bag the first time...

Anyway if you have an indoor cat, worth the time. Pap

Good one Baron! Leaving aside the philosophical issues about socialism (and its abject failure to create prosperity) the reality is that government shouldn't be allowed to run things like healthcare because they're so damn bad at it. Out in the real world we have to cut costs to survive; in government you have a job for life no matter how useless (been to the DMV recently?) and can just raise tax rates whenever your costs go up. Recipe for disaster.

Tut,tut,tut....This post really does show who is selfish and wealthy, they have pay and be cured medical here also.

I woen't bore you with how many people die early and needlessly here because of it, the poor and the sick have always been inconvenient it seams to some of you.

I am not socialist, capitalist or communist, just Human, some of you should try it !!

The views of some here on comments now and in the past would be at home in the Third Riech !

Selfishness works very well untill you fall really ill or have a bad accident, then I think some here might change their minds !!
