Hello, I have visited your interesting blog , come and get you advertising on my blog.Put your link in comments,or in followers, on my blog pass visitors from 190 countries.Hallohttp://internapoli-city.blogspot.com/
I could go either way with this one but the Honda will need a paint job. Don't like that color. Also could we shorten that Harley windshield a bit?
I could also go either way, although the Honda does look a little like a girls bike compared to the Harley... not that I have anything against girls or their bikes... did they let girls ride bikes in 1970 out of interest sake?
Pollicino, Grazie per la sua visita..I have commented on your blog. Thanks for the visit and see you again soon.Ciao Bello
Danny, Totally agree with you...I like all kinds of Bikes.
Shaun...lol...of course they did, we're not in Saudi Arabia here, but you probably saw less biker chicks back then, unless riding bitch...now they are taking their boy friends and girl friends, as the case may be or not for a ride and some ice cream..times have changed
I just don't like those Honda's. They don't compare at all with the Harely's. The bigger the better I say :) Ya know Baron...I would have never thought in my entire life I would know so much or be learning so much about motorcycles..I'm enjoying this I will admit :)
Glad you enjoy Thom...Motorcycling is a life style....and then some
I think the Harley still looked like a better bike than the Honda in 1970.
I like the Harley..it really could use a shorter windshield though, I agree.:)
Dr. John , we are in full agreement here. The HOG looks a lot better even today !
Tony, Thanks for the visit man.
I would gladly take either if they were offered to me, but I prefer the Harley.
George, so would I Buddy. Keep well
Well, how many Harleys do you have? If you have more than one, get the Honda. Retro is cool. On the other hand... Harley is cool too!HHmmmmm... sorry not a big help here ;)
Oh and Shaun: I think "they" "let" girls ride back all along. There is no such thing as a "girl's bike". Where did you ever get that? In particular back in the 70's. However, I know a chick who's been riding a bad ass '57 Panhead since the late 60's that can ride a dude under his wheels any day. Maybe you two should meet...*smiling with luv*
Baron, I'll take both, plus your BSA too!
Just to be the contrary bastard...I'd snatch that Honda so fast all you'd see is a dust outline of where it USED to be...Though, I've got a can of flat black paint and a hacksaw with that Harley's name ALL OVER them.
There is just no comparison! That HD is a beauty! Minus the windshield.
KT DID, my comment may have been seen a sexist, however I merely referred to the "delicateness" of the bike. Something which girls in the 1970's likely enjoyed. The lines are blurred today where girls (and boys) enjoy feminine things and even more masculine things... as for allowing girls to ride... I now realise women were allowed to ride back then (thanks Baron), but this possibly merely highlights a wide open gap in my intellect....
Bankrupt America by a Honda, Toyota, BMW, Nissan, VW, Benz, Suzuki, Kawasaki, Kia., what ever. Bank America by Big 3, Harley, Victory. You get it.
Good ol Harley's, America's Best!:)
Lance anytime...Lucky...we all know your peculiar tastes...stick to pizza...lol ride safe buddyAnn Harley's are nice...Webster you understand the problem very well my friend.LadyL Thanks girl
