The 52 BSA was the bike Shorty & Stumpy(not his real name) rode when we were all running with the Basillicians MC outta Dyersville. Stumpy was the unfortunate recipient of a freak cheese curd press accident that left him without the use of his left (shifting) leg. He was forced to ride with his brother Shorty for all of our midnight runs. Great bike. I think Stumpy still has it in his garage. Probably lookin for a someone to crank it up for him again.
Wow this is gorgeous! What a hunk of machinery!!!
Buford P. That's a sad story...But the BSA has its gear shifting on the other side..Did you mean his right leg?
Woooooow! That's mine, it surely must have my name on it.
WV: elvato (grin)
Lady's L...Thank you. It is a gorgeous machine
Subrosa...It sure does...there is a " Je ne sais quoi" about British Bikes that is very attractive.
What I love about your blog, not being a bike person, is that I keep discovering bikes I've never seen. That one looks like fun.
Dr. John while my blog is about bikes...it is also about life, laughter, death, God, belief and all and nothing.... I'm trying to be as round as possible in order to say: Your singular passion isn't everything...there are other things, aspirations, belives, there is truth and there are lies and truths every where and in anything ...try not to judge other people on surface values...believe in him, the Almighty... and you shall be rewarded in this and in the after life...but mostly, try, if you can, to be kind to mankind, and to all God's creatures on earth.
Like the last sidecar photo, another beauty here.
Peter...I have a deep passion for anything on two wheels as you probably figured out by now.
Ooops wrong leg LOL. I have to agree with Dr. John. I haven't seen hardly any of these and would have never in my life gone searching. But I'm learning something new every day about them. This one 3 wheels...yeah...i could ride that one...This again, reminds me of Col. Klink
This looks great!!!!! wow.
And wow... I wasn't aware of Japan's March 15! Isn't that crazy!! haha
