It is great. My agency pays the higher fare, once the travel distance is longer than 3'000 miles. It is good to know that I will profit from more comfort, as illustrated in this picture.

PS. A cry for help:

Both "A Lady's Life" and you have this YouTube video bar. I would like to have this too. But I could not figure out how it works.

Difference between first class and coach?
Well they guard the curtain between the two like crazy lol
You're safe on either side.lol

The best place to sit in an emergency like this one, is by a door, although this was some lucky landing.

I was in New York when this happened - an amazing story, all the more so because everyone was OK. First class has it's benefits!

Wait, is this a real photo or a fake? I don't know if I'm too simple, but I would actually believe that the coach class didn't have enough rafts...

If you look at this picture closely, It looks like the difference is that Coach class members can walk on water.

Nah - The bunch standing on the wing - that's the queue, err sorry, line, for the lavatory, err sorry, restroom....

Just goes to show you, any landing that you can walk (or swim) away from, is a good landing. I wonder if the first class folks got to bring their carry-on stuff snacks into the raft? I would hate to see the hors' d'oeuvres go to waste
