Kymco Vitality 50cc 2 strokes

Thi scoot was recomended to me, so I decided to take a serious look at it and it seems that it could actually be a candidate for my next ride to the corner store. Any opinions out there on this scoot. Ha anyone had any experience with it? Heard anything good or bad about it?
